Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Alex Serratos, doing business as Digital AI Ads (“Digital AI Ads,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website (the “Site”) or engage us for services. By using the Site or submitting any of our forms, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly

  • Qualifier form: full name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, primary service, whether you have an existing website (and that URL if applicable), service area, team size, ideal-customer description, business goal, timeline, budget range, inspiration sites, design vibe preference, and any open notes you choose to add.
  • Breakdown / preview-request form: full name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, service area, and any optional notes.
  • Calendly booking: any information you provide when scheduling a discovery call (name, email, business name, selected meeting time).
  • Direct correspondence: any information you share with us by email, phone, SMS, or other communication channels.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address (used to derive approximate geographic location for fraud and abuse detection)
  • Browser type and version, operating system, device type
  • Referring page (the URL that brought you to the Site)
  • Pages visited, time on Site, and basic interaction events
  • Cookies and similar technologies set by us and our subprocessors (see Section 5)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
  • Build, customize, and launch your custom landing page if you become a paying client
  • Send transactional communications (booking confirmations, project updates, invoices)
  • Send marketing communications about our services to leads and past clients (you may opt out at any time)
  • Send SMS messages to phone numbers you provide (see Section 3)
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Improve the Site and our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Communication and TCPA Disclosure

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have expressly opted in by checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website or through another documented opt-in method. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to SMS communications.

Message types. Transactional messages may include discovery-call confirmations, project updates, support responses, preview-ready notifications, and inquiry follow-ups, and are sent only to users who have checked the optional transactional SMS consent box. Promotional messages may include service offers, capacity announcements, and availability updates, and are sent only to users who have separately checked the optional marketing SMS consent box.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month for opted-in subscribers.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at legal@digitalaiads.com.

Mobile information sharing. Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in records) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data is processed only by Digital AI Ads and our SMS-platform subprocessor (GoHighLevel / Twilio) for the purpose of delivering the messages you have opted in to receive.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is on a best-effort basis.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of recipients:

Service providers (subprocessors)

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — our customer-relationship management and SMS platform. Form submissions and (when re-enabled) chat-widget conversations are stored in our GoHighLevel workspace and used to deliver services and follow-up communications. GoHighLevel privacy policy.
  • Calendly — our booking platform. Calendly receives your name, email, business name, and selected meeting time when you book a discovery call. Calendly privacy policy.
  • Vercel — our website host. Vercel processes server logs incidental to serving the Site (including IP addresses and request metadata). Vercel privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts — the Site loads display typefaces from Google's font CDN; Google may receive your IP address and basic browser metadata as part of standard CDN delivery. Google privacy policy.
  • PostHog (PostHog Inc.) — our product-analytics platform. PostHog receives pageview, click, and custom-event data along with your IP address, browser type, device type, and (when you submit a form) the email address you provided so we can attribute future events to a single visitor profile. PostHog does not receive your phone number or the open-text contents of forms. PostHog privacy policy.
  • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — our error-monitoring and session-replay platform. When a JavaScript error or performance event occurs on the Site, Sentry receives the error details, the URL, browser metadata, your IP address, and (for ~10% of normal sessions and 100% of sessions where an error occurs) a session replay that records DOM interactions. All text inputs are masked by default in the replay so the contents of form fields are never transmitted. Sentry's data is used solely to diagnose and fix Site issues. Sentry privacy policy.

Legal compliance and protection

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.

Business transfers

If we sell or transfer our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Essential cookies required for the Site to function and to remember your form-draft state on this device (we save partial qualifier-form input to your browser's local storage so you don't lose progress on refresh).
  • Functional cookies set by third-party embeds (Calendly's booking widget; the GoHighLevel chat widget when present).
  • Analytics cookies set by PostHog (anonymous distinct-id cookie used to attribute pageviews and click events to a single visitor across pages on this Site) and Sentry (session-replay sampling cookie used to record DOM interactions for ~10% of normal sessions and 100% of sessions where an error occurs). Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking with third parties. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may break the Calendly booking embed, the chat widget, and analytics attribution.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as you have an active relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations or to resolve disputes. Specifically:

  • Lead records (form submissions from non-clients): up to 24 months from the last contact date
  • Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and dispute-resolution purposes
  • Server log data: typically 30–90 days, per our hosting provider's defaults

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send)
  • Opt out of SMS messages at any time (reply STOP to any message)
  • Withdraw any consent you have given (this will not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal)

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@digitalaiads.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at the email address in Section 11.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls on our internal CRM, and limited employee access on a need-to-know basis. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
